Saint-Denis, 2021. This book is a building to leaf through. It contains a series of photos by Luca Nicolao of the most diverse workspaces and its residents (more than 150!) of «Le 6b» in Saint-Denis, one of the biggest cultural places for art and craft in France, founded in 2010. This edition is both a testimony and a study tool on new ways of organising work and on connections between alternative places, art, politics and territory. The photographic documentation is followed by testimonies of the residents, interviews with the actors of the territory, research articles by the «Collectif ADAIR» on the «UFO 6b» and a manifesto by the architect Patrick Bouchain.

This gives each publication an individual nobility and makes it a collectable for all guild members.

Saint-Denis, 2017. Design system for the summer festival called «Fabrique a rêves» 2017 in Saint-Denis nearby Paris with a fancy red that catches your attention. The coolest thing about this Saint-Denis plage poster, is the fact that every poster combines different communication means in one. Let me take a Selfie!
Btw: The poster was exhibited in 2019 at the «Biennale internationale de design graphique» in Chaumont.
Basel, 2020. In this antique shop in the port of Basel you will find all kinds of precious furniture: chairs, tables, sofas... as well as wonderful absurities for an extraordinary home. The graphic identity consists of a cocktail of stencil letters that reinvents itself in every communication medium. The main font, which is derived from the lettering of shipping containers, mixes (or does not!) with more expressive typographical characters. A beautiful and whimsical mix!
Basel, 2021. Label design for a vodka that is off the beaten track. This vodka is only available at Holzpark Klybeck in Basel (neat or in a cocktail!). «Tölpl» means clumsy in Swiss German, but it is also the name of a seabird (Gannet) that flies very well indeed! Only on foot is it perhaps a bit clumsy.
